Dip z wędzonej czerwonej papryki

Składniki:

  • 4 duże wędzone czerwone papryki ze słoika, razem z zalewą
  • 100 g pełnotłustego twarożku
  • ½ łyżeczki soku z cytryny
  • sól
  • pieprz
  • chlebek pita

Sposób wykonania:
Paprykę drobno posiekać  po czym dodać do niej twarożek, sok z cytryny, solą oraz pieprz do smaku.
Dokładnie wymieszać i wstawić do lodówki na około 1 godzinę.
Po tym czasie przełożyć dip do miseczki i podawać z ciepłym chlebkiem pita.
