Ciasto czekoladowe z orzechami

 

Składniki:

  • 2/3 szkl. mąki
  • 1 ½ szkl. cukru
  • 5 jajek
  • 50 g orzechów włoskich
  • kostka masła
  • 200 g czekolady
  • masło

 

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Czekoladę zetrzeć na tarce po czym roztopić ją w rondelku postawionym na małym ogniu z dodatkiem masła.
    Następnie jajka razem  cukrem zmiksować i dodać do czekolady.
    Na koniec dodać mąkę oraz orzechy nie przerywając miksowania.
    Przełożyć ciasto do formy wysmarowanej masłem.
    Wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 200 stopni i piec około 20 minut. Idelanie smakuje podane z lodami.
