Chłodnik z kefirem

Składniki:

 

  • 200-250 g gotowanego mięsa
  • 2-3 ogórki
  • 3-4 gotowane ziemniaki
  • 2-3 jajka ugotowane na twardo
  • 3-4 szkl. kefiru
  • 1 ½ łyżki posiekanego szczypiorku
  • sól
  • cukier

 

 

Sposób wykonania:
Mięso pokroić na mniejsze kawałki, ugotowane ziemniaki, jajka i ogórki w kostkę.
Następnie kefir rozprowadzić wodą i doprawić do smaku solą oraz cukrem i wstawić do lodówki.
Przed podaniem polać kefirem pokrojone wcześniej składniki oraz posypać posiekanym szczypiorkiem.
