Chłodnik ogórkowy z miętą

 

Składniki:

 

  • ½ l jogurtu naturalnego
  • 2 ogórki
  • 1/2 szkl kwasu buraczanego
  • 10 rzodkiewek
  • ½ pęczka szczypiorku
  • ½ pęczka koperku
  • 10 listków mięty
  • sól
  • biały pieprz
  • cukier

Sposób wykonania:
Obrane ogórki oraz rzodkiewki zetrzeć na tarce o dużych oczkach.
Następnie szczypiorek, koperek  oraz miętę posiekać i dodać do ogórków razem z kwasem.
Zalać całość jogurtem i dokładnie wymieszać.
Doprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem oraz cukrem.
Wstawić do lodówki na kilka godzin.
