Pychotka.pl – Przepisy Kulinarne

Bułeczki pszenne

Składniki:

• 525g maki pszennej
• ok.300ml wody
• 3 łyżeczki suchych drożdży lub 20g świeżych
• 4 łyżki masła
• 1 łyżeczka soli

Wykonanie:
Ciasto można wyrabiać w maszynie lub ręcznie. Mieszamy składniki i wyrabiamy ciasto.
Pozostawiamy na 1 godz. do wyrośnięcia w ciepłym miejscu. Po godzinie, formujemy bułeczki i układamy na blasze, przykrywamy ściereczką i pozostawiamy jeszcze 1 godzinę w cieple.
Piekarnik nagrzewamy do 200°C. Bułeczki pieczemy ok.15-20 min.
