Boeuf Strogonow Wioletty

Składniki:

    • sos pomidorowy
    • 1 łyżeczka Jarzynki
    • 1/2 kg. pieczarek lub boczniaków
    • 1/2 kg. polędwicy wołowej
    • 2 łyżki oleju

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Polędwicę pokroić na długie cienkie paski. Obsmażyć na gorącym oleju. pieczarki oczyścić, pokroić, dodać do polędwicy. Doprawić Jarzynką. Dusić pod przykryciem ok. 10 min. Sos pomidorowy przyrządzić wg. przepisu na opakowaniu, połączyć z mięsem i pieczarkami. Zagotować. Podawać z kładzionymi kluskami lub pieczywem. Pieczarki można zastąpić bocznikami.
