Biszkopt z serem i bakaliami

Składniki:

  • 5 jaj
  • 7 łyżek cukru
  • 7 łyżek mąki
  • aromat waniliowy

    Masa serowa:

  • 30 dag twarogu
  • 2 jaja
  • 2 czubate łyżki margaryny
  • 3 łyżki cukru
  • aromat waniliowy
  • bakalie

Sposób wykonania:

  1.  Przygotować biszkopt – ubić pianę z białek, powoli dodawać cukier, aromat, rozmącone żółtka, mąkę i delikatnie wymieszać. Włożyć ciasto do formy i piec około 45 minut.
    Margarynę utrzeć z żółtkami i cukrem, dodać zmielony ser i bakalie. Ubić pianę z białek, dodać do masy serowej i lekko wymieszać.
    Na upieczone ciasto delikatnie wykładać masę serową.
