Befsztyk mielony z pieczarkami

Składniki:

  • ½ kg chudego mięsa wołowego
  • 15 dkg pieczarek
  • 2-3 ząbki czosnku
  • 1 jajko
  • 3-4 dkg mąki
  • 4 łyżki oliwy
  • sól, pieprz do smaku
  • posiekana natka pietruszki /1/2 szklanki/

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Umyte mięso i pieczarki zemleć, dodać drobno posiekany czosnek, jajko, sól i pieprz do smaku. Dokładnie wyrobić masę, formować owalne kotlety, obtaczać w mące i smażyć na rozgrzanym tłuszczu na złocisty kolor z każdej strony. Wyłożyć na półmisek i ponownie posypać solą i pieprzem i posiekaną zieloną natką pietruszki.
