    •    kilogram buraków czerwonych
    •    suszone grzybki
    •    duża cebula
    •    włoszczyzna
    •    ziele angielskie
    •    liść laurowy

    Sposób przygotowania
    Do garnka wlać wodę. Posolić. Wrzucić grzyby i ugotować. Wyjąć je z garnka. Na tym wywarze również ugotować włoszczyznę. Oddzielnie ugotować także buraki czerwone pokrojone w ćwiartki. Wyłowić buraki wrzucić ze wszystkim do wywaru. dorzucić liście laurowe, ziele angielskie i pieprz. Zagotować. Podawać z uszkami, do pierogów lub krokietów.
