Babka z majonezem

 

Składniki:

  • ¾ szkl. mąki pszennej
  • ½ szkl. mąki ziemniaczanej
  • ¾ szkl. cukru
  • łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
  • 4 jajka
  • 150 g majonezu
  • ½ łyżeczki aromatu rumowego
  • masło
  • herbatniki
  • cukier trzcinowy

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Jajka ubić razem z cukrem na sztywno.
    Następnie oba rodzaje mąki wymieszać ze sobą po czym dodawać do nich jajka na zmianę z majonezem.
    Dodać jeszcze proszek do pieczenia oraz aromat delikatnie wymieszać.
    Przelać ciasto do formy wysmarowanej tłuszczem i posypanej pokruszonymi herbatnikami.
    Wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 180 stopni i piec około 40 minut.
    Po upieczeniu posypać cukrem trzcinowym.
