Piersi kurczaka w sosie curry

 

Składniki:

  • 4 piersi kurczaka
  • 250 ml bulionu z kurczaka
  • 1 łyżka soku z limetki
  • 400 ml mleczka kokosowego
  • 1 łyżka pasty curry
  • 1 trawa cytrynowa
  • 1 łyżka brązowego cukru
  • 1 łyżka sos u rybnego
  • 1 pęczek natki kolendry

 

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Pastę curry lekko podgrzać, wówczas wlać bulion oraz mleczko kokosowe i dodać posiekaną trawę cytrynową.
    Całość zagotować i dodać całe piersi kury.
    Trzymać na ogniu około 10 minut.
    Po tym czasie piesi wyjąć i pokroić je w plastry a do sosu dodać cukier, sos rybny, sok z limetki i gotować jeszcze przez kilka minut.
    Gdy sos lekko zgęstnieje wrzucić jeszcze posiekaną koelndrę i polać nim piersi kurczaka.
