Zapiekanka z pasternaka i marchewki

Składniki:

  • ½ kg marchewki
  • 250 g pasternaka
  • ¾ szkl bulionu
  • 2 łyżki masła
  • ½ łyżeczki soli
  • ½ łyżeczki posiekanej trybuli

Sposób wykonania;
Marchewkę oraz pasternak obrać i pokroić w słupki, które przełożyć do naczynia żaroodpornego.
Podlać je bulionem i posypać wiórkami masła oraz solą.
Wierzch przykryć folią aluminiową i wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 190 stopni na około 15 minut.
Przed podaniem oprószyć zmielonym pieprzem oraz posiekaną trybulą.
