Zupa ziemniaczana z kiełbaskami


Składniki:

    • 1 kg ziemniaków obranych i pokrojonych w kostkę
    • 1 duża cebula obrana i pokrojona w drobną kostkę
    • 1 drobno pokrojony por
    • 1 drobno pokrojona łodyga selera naciowego
    • 1 łyżka oleju
    • 1,5 litra bulionu drobiowego
    • frankfruterki wieprzowe lub drobiowe ew. parówki
    • posiekana natka pietruszki
    • sól, pieprz


    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    W dużym rondlu rozgrzać olej, zeszklić na nim cebulę, dodać por, lekko wszystko podrumienić na złoty kolor. Wlać bulion drobiowy, doprowadzić do wrzenia, dodać ziemniaki, przyprawić do smaku. Gotować do momentu aż ziemniaki zmiękną, odstawić z ognia, zmiksować  i włożyć do zupy kiełbaski. Podawać po około 10 minutach, posypać zieloną pietruszką.
