Składniki:

  • 1 litr bulionu warzywnego
  • ½ kg filetów z mintaja
  • 1 cebula
  • 2 puszki pomidorów
  • 4 ziemniaki
  • 1 łyżka margaryny
  • 2 płaskie łyżki mąki
  • ½ szklanki smietany18%
  • pęczek zielonej natki pietruszki

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Cebulę obrać i pokroić, podsmażyć na margarynie. Ziemniaki umyć, obrać i pokroić w kostkę, sparzone i obrane pomidory pokroić w ósemki. Warzywa włożyć do garnka z wywarem , dodać przyprawy i zagotować. Wlać śmietanę wymieszaną z mąką i włożyć filety pokrojone na nieduże kawałki. Przykryć i gotować, aż ryba będzie miękka. Zupę podawać obficie posypaną zieloną natką pietruszki.
