Składniki:

    • 1 szkl. migdałów
    • 1 ½ szkl. mleka
    • arę kropli esencji mgłowej
    • 1 dag ryżu
    • 5 dag rodzynek
    • 5 dag cukru

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Sparzone migdały obrać po czym je zemleć, wówczas zalać je gorącym mlekiem i trzymać na ogniu ok. 15 minut.
    W między czasie gotować ryż i przełożyć do zupy.
    Doprawić do smaku cukrem oraz esencją migdałową.
    Przed podaniem posypać namoczonymi rodzynkami.
