Ziemniaki z jogurtowym sosem i szynką

Składniki:

  • 6 ziemniaków
  • 150 g jogurtu naturalnego
  • olej
  • sól
  • ząbek czosnku
  • 6 plasterków szynki
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Ziemniaki dokładnie oczyścić nie obierając ich ze skórek po czym każde owinąć w folię aluminiową.
    Wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 180 stopni i piec około 40 minut.
    W między czasie do jogurtu dodać posiekany czosnek i doprawić do smaku solą oraz pieprzem.
    Następnie ziemianki wyjąć z piekarnika, przekroić je na krzyż i w powstałe otwory wlać jogurt.
    Wierzch udekorować paseczkami szynki.
