Wołowina duszona z papryką

Składniki:

  • 50 dkg wołowiny bez kości
  • 3 łyżki sosu sojowego
  • 2 czerwone papryki
  • 2 ząbki czosnku
  • 1 łyżeczka cukru
  • sól, pieprz do smaku
  • 1 łyżka oleju

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Mięso umyć, osuszyć, pokroić w niezbyt grube plastry lekko rozbić tłuszczem. W rondlu rozgrzać olej, obrumienić na nim plastry mięsa, podlać wodą, a gdy ta zawrze dodać oczyszczoną, pokrojoną w paski paprykę, sos sojowy, rozgnieciony czosnek, cukier. Dusić powoli aż mięso zmięknie. Przed podaniem przyprawić solą i pieprzem. Podawać z ryżem na sypko.
