Składniki:

  • ½ kg świeżych grzybów
  • 1 cebula
  • 1 wafel kwadratowy
  • łyżka oleju
  • jajko
  • bułka tarta
  • 6 ziemniaków
  • sól
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Grzyby zalać woda i lekko obgotować po czym je odcedzić i posiekać, cebulę również posiekać i razem przesmażyć na rozgrzanym tłuszczu.
    Doprawić do smaku solą oraz pieprzem.
    W miedzy czasie ugotować ziemniaki po czym je stuł i rozsmarować na waflu.
    Na ziemniakach rozłożyć grzyby z cebulą i całość delikatnie zawinąć w roladę.
    Wstawić do lodówki na 2 godziny.
    Przed podaniem pokroić w plastry.
