Tarta z serem i orzechami

Składniki:


CIASTO:
– 20 dkg mąki
– 10 dkg masła,
– 1 żółtko,
– 2 łyżki śmietany (albo jogurtu naturalnego),
– szczypta soli
FARSZ:
– 30 dag sera żółtego (3 gatunki po 10 dag, raczej ostre smaki) – zetrzeć na grubych oczkach tarki
– 4 łyżki posiekanych orzechów włoskich
– cebula dymki lub szczypiorek (pokroić dość drobno)

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Wszystkie składniki na ciasto zagnieść razem. Wylepić nim formę, pozakłuwać widelcem. Piec ok. 30 min. w temp. 180 stopni. Składniki farszu zmieszać ze sobą. Następnie ciasto wyłożyć przygotowany farsz. Całość zapiekać jeszcze przez 10 min.
