Tagliatelle z jagnięciną.

Skład:

  • 40dkg tagliatelle
  • sól
  • 1 cebula
  • 1 ząbek czosnku
  • 2 łyżki oliwy
  • 1 łyżeczka masła
  • 50dkg mielonej dwukrotnie łopatki jagnięcej
  • 50dkg pokrojonych pomidorów z puszki
  • 2 łyżeczki ziół prowansalskich
  • pieprz
  • 2-3 łyżki madery
  • 3dkg czarnych oliwek
  • parmezan

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Makaron gotujemy. Cebulę i czosnek obrać i drobno posiekać. Poddusić na maśle i oleju. Dokładnie obsmażyć mielone mięso. Dodać odcedzone pomidory, zioła ,sól, pieprz i gotować 5 minut. Przyprawić maderą. Oliwki przekroić na pół. Makaron wymieszać z sosem. Obsypać oliwkami i tartym parmezanem.
