Spaghetti z okruchami chleba

Składniki:

  • 5 łyżek oliwy
  • 100 g filecików anchois
  • 2 ząbki czosnku
  • 100 g okruchów z białego chleba
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 5 łyżek czarnych oliwek
  • 1 łyżka kaparów
  • starta skórka i sok z 1 cytryny
  • pieprz
     
    Sposób wykonania:
    Fileciki anchois dusić na rozgrzanej oliwie, wówczas dodać posiekany czosnek, dusić jeszcze około 1 minuty i zdjąć z ognia.
    W między czasie na osobnej patelni na rozgrzanym oleju podsmażyć okruchy chleba, gdy się zezłocą zdjąć z ognia.
    Spaghetti ugotować według opisu na opakowaniu.
    Miękki makaron odcedzić i wymieszać z anchois, okruchami chleba, kaparami, sokiem oraz skórką z cytryny.
    Doprawić do smaku solą oraz pieprzem.
