  • sok cytrynowy
  • po pół szklanki majonezu i śmietany
  • łyżka musztardy
  • cukier puder
  • sól i pieprz

Sposób wykonania:
Obrać owoce, banany pokroić w plasterki, resztę w małą kostkę i skropić
kilkoma łyżkami soku c. Majonez połączyć ze śmietaną i musztarda, doprawić
do smaku, wymieszać wszystko razem, ozdobić natka. Podawać do drobiu,
cielęciny i smażonych białych ryb.
