Sałatka cebulowa

Składniki:

  • 50 dag cebuli
  • ½ l oliwy z oliwek
  • sok z 2 cytryn
  • 4 jajka ugotowane na twardo
  • 1 łyżka kaparów
  • 15 oliwek
  • 10 koreczków anchois
  • 1 pęczek koperku
  • 15 dag wędzonego sera owczego
  • pieprz

    Sposób wykonania:

    Cebule pokroić na krążki a szczypiorek posiekać.
    Razem wymieszać i skropić olejem oraz sokiem z cytryny,
    Wstawić do lodówki pod przykryciem na noc.
    Następnego dnia dodać pokrojony w kostkę ser, koreczki anchois, kapary oraz oliwki.
    Całość wymieszać i doprawić do smaku pieprzem.
