Sałatka buraczana z orzechami

 

Składniki:

  • 2 buraki
  • 1 czerwona cebula
  • 1 łyżka octu winnego
  • ¼ szkl. natki pietruszki
  • 3 łyżki oleju z orzechów laskowych
  • 3 łyżki prażonych orzechów laskowych
  • sól
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Buraki wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 190 stopni na około godzinę.
    Po tym czasie je wyjąć, obrać i pokroić w kostkę.
    Następnie cebulę pokroić w krążki a orzechy i natkę pietruszki posiekać.
    Przełożyć całość do buraków.
    Polać jeszcze olejem wymieszanym z octem winnym.
    Na koniec doprawić do smaku solą oraz pieprzem.
