Rolada z indyka z pieczarkami

Składniki:

  • 1 kg piersi z indyka
  • 1 cebula
  • 400 g pieczarek
  • 3 jajka
  • 1 szkl. słodkiej śmietany
  • 2 łyżki mąki pszennej
  • olej
  • sól
  • pieprz

    Sposób w wykonania:
    Pieczarki pokroić a cebulkę posiekać i razem przesmażyć po czym doprawić je do smaku i wbić jajka, chwile jeszcze trzymać na ogniu.
    W między czasie pierś indyka rozbić na duży płat, na którym rozłożyć pieczarki z cebulka.
    Zawinąć w roladę i obwiązać nitką.
    Następnie owinąć roladę w folie aluminiowa, wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 200 stopni i piec około1 godzinę.
