Polędwica wołowa z patelni

Składniki:

  • 25 dkg pokrojonej w grubą kostkę polędwicy wołowej
  • 1 łyżka masła
  • 2 łyżki oleju
  • 4 łyżki sosu Worcestershire

    Marynata:

  • 2 łyżki oliwy
  • 2 łyżki pokrojonego czosnku
  • sól, pieprz, papryka do smaku

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Mięso umyć, osuszyć, oczyścić z błon, pokroić w kostkę. Składniki marynaty wymieszać, zalać nią mięso, na około 10 minut. Na patelni rozgrzać mocno olej, smażyć kilka minut mieszając. Dodać masło i sos, wymieszać. Podawać z ryżem.
