Składniki:
2 1/2 szklanki mąki
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1/5 kostki masła
4 łyżki cukru
2 jajka
1/2 szklanki mleka
sól
kieliszek wódki
cukier puder do posypania
olej do smażenia
Sposób przyrządzenia:
 Z mąki, proszku, jajek, mleka, wódki,soli, masła i cukru zagnieść gładkie ciasto. Rozwałkować na grubość ok. 2-3 mm, wyciąć kwadraty o boku ok. 3 cm. Rozgrzać olej do temperatury 175 stopni. Na gorący tłuszcz wkładać po nie więcej niż 10 porcji ciasta. Smażyć po 2-3 minuty z każdej strony. Zrumienione ciastka wyjmować na bibułę. Posypać cukrem pudrem. SMACZNEGO
