Pilaw z kalmarami

Składniki:

    • 50 dkg kalmarów
    • 1 cebula
    • 1 marchewka
    • 1 dkg ryżu
    • 1 łyżka oliwy z oliwek
    • sól, pieprz mielony


    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Cebule i marchewkę obrać, pokroić w drobną kostkę. Na patelni rozgrzać oliwę zeszklić cebulę, dodać marchewkę, chwilkę razem poddusić. Kalmary umyć, obsuszyć drobno pokroić na „makaron”. Pokrojone kalmary, marchewkę i cebulę wymieszać z ryżem, zalac odpowiednią ilością wody (1,5 objętości ryżu) gotować aż ryż zmięknie. Przyprawić solą i pieprzem, wymieszać. Podawać w formie kopczyku udekorowane zieloną cebulką i blanszowanymi we wrzątku „piórkami” z marchewki.
