Pychotka.pl – Przepisy Kulinarne

Pierś z indyka przekładana jabłkami

Składniki:

  • 1 kg piersi z indyka
  • 10 dkg wędzonego boczku
  • 3 jabłka
  • majeranek
  • sól, pieprz do smaku
  • 3 łyżki  oleju

Sposób wykonania:
Pierś z indyka umyć, osuszyć, natrzeć solą, pieprzem i majerankiem, posmarować olejem i wstawić  na noc do lodówki. Jabłka umyć, pokroić w ćwiartki, usunąć gniazda nasienne, pokroić na cząstki. Górę mięsa obłożyć  plastrami boczku, tak by na siebie nachodziły, ponacinać co 2 cm, w nacięcia wkładać cząstki jabłek, oprószyć majerankiem. Pierś indyka włożyć  do naczynia żaroodpornego, przykryć piec około 80 minut w piekarniku nagrzanym do temperatury 200 stopni C. Przed końcem pieczenia odkryć naczynie i dodać pozostałe jabłka.
