Pasta śledziowa z jabłkiem i koperkiem

 

Składniki:

  • 300 g filetów śledziowych
  • 400 g winnych jabłek
  • 125 g masła
  • szczypta cukru
  • 2 łyżki posiekanego koperku

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Filety śledziowe zemleć w maszynce.
    Następnie obrać jabłka po czym zetrzeć je na tarce o drobnych oczkach, usuwając gniazda nasienne.
    Wówczas śledzie, jabłka oraz masło dokładnie ze sobą utrzeć.
    Doprawić do smaku cukrem.
    Na koniec wymieszać z posiekanym koperkiem.
