Pychotka.pl – Przepisy Kulinarne

Paprykarz konserwowany

Składniki:

    • 9 kg słodkiej papryki
    • 3 kg pomidorów
    • 50 dkg naci pietruszki

    Zalewa:

    • 1 litr soku pomidorowego
    • 2 dkg soli
    • ½ łyżeczki mielonego pieprzu


    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Paprykę oczyścić, usunąć nasiona, pokroić w paski. Tak przygotowaną paprykę zalać wrzątkiem na 3 minuty, odcedzić i natychmiast schłodzić w zimnej wodzie. Pomidory umyć, pokroić na ćwiartki. W sterylnych słojach na dnie ułożyć kilka pokrojonych gałązek pietruszki i dalej układać warstwami pomidory i paprykę. Sok z przyprawami doprowadzić do wrzenia i zalać nim słoje. Szczelnie zamknąć. Pasteryzować 60 minut.
