Miodowe ciasteczka z pestkami dyni i słonecznika

Składniki:

  • 100 g orzechów laskowych
  • 100 g orzechów włoskich
  • 50 g pestek dyni
  • 50 g pestek słonecznika
  • ½ kostki masła
  • 5 łyżek miodu
  • 250 g musli z owocami

    Sposób wykonania:
    Masło stopić z dodatkiem miodu po czym dodać musli oraz posiekane orzechy, pestki dyni i słonecznika.
    Trzymać na ogniu około 3-5 minut cały czas mieszając.
    Po tym czasie rozsmarować na dnie formy wyrównując powierzchnię.
    Wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 180 stopni i piec około 15 minut.
    Po upieczeniu pokroić na kwadraty.
