Mieszanka jarzyn i grzybów z grilla

Składniki:

    • ½ szklanki bulionu z kostki
    • 1 łyżeczka posiekanych ulubionych ziół
    • ½ łyżeczki pieprzu
    • 1 grubo pokrojona czerwona cebula
    • 2 duże kolorowe papryki pokrojone w grube paski
    • 1 cukinia pokrojona w grube plastry
    • 10 dużych pieczarek (kapelusze)
    • sól


    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Wymieszać bulion z ziołami i pieprzem. Za pomocą pędzelka nanieść mieszankę na jarzyny i pieczarki przeznaczone do grillowania. Ruszt grilla posmarować olejem. Jarzyny i grzyby pieczemy na średnio rozgrzanym grillu przez około 10 minut, obracamy i skrapiamy mieszanką z przyprawami. Gdy są gotowe solimy do smaku.
