Masa grysikowa do ciasta

 

Składniki:

  • pół litra mleka
  • 4 łyżki grysiku
  • 1szkl.cukru
  • 2żółtka
  • 1 kostka masła
  • cukier waniliowy

 

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Grysik zalać mlekiem i ugotować po czym odstawić do ostygnięcia.
    W między czasie masło utrzeć razem z masłem żółtkami.
    Wówczas nie przerywając ucierania dodawać po łyżce grysiku.
    Ucierać do powstania gładkiej i puszystej masy.
