Mango Lassi – hinduski napój z mlekiem, pyszny.

Składniki:


• opakowanie jogurtu (bez przypraw) – ok. ćwierć litra
• 130 ml mleka
• 130 ml mango z puszki, podusić lub 200 g świeżego mango, pokroić
• 4 łyżeczki cukru do smaku, można dodać szczyptę soli i nasiona kardamonu.

Wykonanie:
Wszystko razem zmiksować przez 2 min., rozlać do szklaneczek i podać. Można trzymać w lodówce 24 godz. (oziębione lepsze)
Porcja na 4 osoby, czas – 5 minut, łatwe w przygotowaniu.
