Składniki:

 

  • 12 kotlecików jagnięcych z kostką
  • sól

Sos:

  • ½ szkl oliwy
  • 5 ząbków czosnku
  • 5 ugotowanych w mundurkach ziemniaków
  • 3 łyżki octu winnego
  • sól

Sposób wykonania:
Obrany czosnek zalać octem i odstawić na 5 godzin.
Po tym czasie odcedzić i rozetrzeć po czym dodać do niego rozgniecione ziemniaki, ocet z marynowania czosnku oraz sól.
Całość dokładnie wyrobić na gładką masę w trakcie stopniowo wlewając oliwę.
Natomiast kotleciki jagnięce oprószyć solą i wstawić do piekarnika i piec kilka minut z każdej strony.
Przed podaniem polać je sosem.
