Karkówka na ostro

Składniki:

  • 6 kotletów z karkówki
  • 150 ml sosu sojowego
  • 2 łyżki ostrej musztardy
  • 4 ząbki czosnku
  • rozmaryn, tymianek , imbir
  • 3 łyżki miodu
  • sól, pieprz do smaku

    Sposób przyrządzenia:

    Karkówkę umyć ,dokładnie osączyć na papierowym ręczniku , pokroić w grube plastry. Czosnek i imbir obrać, rozgnieść. Sos sojowy połączyć z musztardą, dodać 5-6 łyżek wody i pozostałe składniki, doprawić solą i pieprzem. Do tak przygotowanej marynaty wkładamy kotlety na 4-5 godzin. Po tym czasie kotlety smażymy na rumiany kolor. Podajemy z ziemniakami i ulubioną surówką.
