Jajecznica z orzechami

Składniki:

  • 8 jajek
  • 10 dag łuskanych  orzechów włoskich
  • 3 dag masła
  • pół cytryny

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Umyte jajka wybić, wymieszać z mielonymi orzechami, wylać na rozgrzany na patelni tłuszcz i zapiec w piekarniku. Podać danie udekorowane plasterkami cytryny.
Wysyłam natomiast ten przepis dlatego, by pokazać, że i prozaiczną jajecznicę można zrobić inaczej, dzięki czemu zyska ona oryginalny, inny od powszechnie znanego, smak. Jajecznicę taką robiła moja Mama i bardzo mi ona w jej wykonaniu smakowała…
