Gulasz warzywny z kiełbasą

Składniki:

  • 3 cebule
  • ½ kg kiełbasy
  • 3 puszki czerwonej fasoli
  • 1 puszka kukurydzy
  • 20 dag przecieru pomidorowego
  • vegeta
  • pieprz
  • 10 ziarenek ziela angielskiego
  • 3 liście laurowe
  • 1 łyżeczka cukru
  • olej

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Cebulę posiekać i zeszklić na rozgrzanym oleju, wówczas wlać do niej zalewę z kukurydzy i dusić na małym ogniu.
    Gdy płyn odpruje wrzucić kiełbasę pokrojoną w kostkę, potem kukurydze, przecier pomidorowy, ziele angielskie, liście laurowe oraz fasolę razem z zalewą.
    Całość dokładnie wymieszać i doprowadzić do wrzenia.
    Doprawić do smaku i gotować ostanie 5 minut.
