Składniki:

  • gruszki 1 kg
  • masło 2 łyżki
  • miód 15 łyżek
  • sok z cytryny 3 łyżki
  • cynamon 1 łyżeczka

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Gruszki proszę umyć, a następnie obrać je ze skórki i pokroić na
    połówki, zaś naczynie żaroodporne wysmarować delikatnie masłem, włożyć
    do niego pokrojone gruszki. Masło proszę roztopić, a następnie dokładnie
    wymieszać z miodem, dodać do niego sok z cytryny i utrzeć, polać nim
    gruszki i posypać je delikatnie cynamonem. Naczynie przykryć, wstawić na
    20 minut do nagrzanego piekarnika.
