Flaki wołowe z marchewką

Składniki:

  • 80 dag wołowych flaków
  • 1,5 l rosołu
  • 2 gotowane marchewki
  • sól
  • pieprz
  • gałka muszkatołowa
  • majeranek
  • imbir

    Sposób wykonania:
    Flaki dokładnie umyć, płukać kilkakrotnie w wodzie po czym je ugotować.
    Następnie pokroić je w paseczki i zalać je rosołem, trzymać na ogniu około 2-4 godzin.
    Gdy flaki się zgotowują dodać do nich marchewkę pokrojoną w plasterki.
    Doprawić do smaku gałką, imbirem, majerankiem oraz solą i pieprzem.
