Składniki:

  • 4 żółtka
  • 15 dkg cukru
  • 12 łyżek białego wytrawnego wina
  • skórka otarta z cytryny

    Sposób przyrządzenia:

    W misce utrzeć do białości żółtka z cukrem, dodać otartą skórkę cytrynową. Włożyć miskę do naczynia z wrzącą wodą i dodając po łyżce wina, ubijać masę trzepaczką, lub mikserem, aż powstanie gęsty krem. Podawać na gorąco w szklanych pucharkach z podłużnymi biszkoptami.
