Składniki:

  • 70 dag cukinii
  • 2 szalotki
  • 3 ząbki czosnku
  • 4 jajka
  • ½ szkl. startego parmezanu
  • ½ szkl. pełnotłustego mleka
  • ½ szkl mąki
  • pieprz
  • ½ szkl. oliwy z oliwek

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Cukinie zetrzeć na tarce po czym dodać do niej, roztrzepane jajka, mleko, ser, posiekane szalotki i czosnek oraz wsypać mąkę.
    Całość dokładnie wymieszać i doprawić do smaku pieprzem,
    Z powstałej masy formować owalne paszteciki, które smażyć na rozgrzanej oliwie.
