Cielęcina z orzechami włoskimi

Składniki:

  • 40 dag cielęciny
  • 1 cebula
  • 2 łyżki sosu sojowego
  • ½ łyżeczki imbiru
  • 10 dag łuskanych orzechów włoskich
  • 3 łyżki oliwy z oliwek
  • 1 łyżka masła
  • 1 łyżeczka sosu czosnkowego
  • 1 kieliszek sherry

Sposób wykonania:
1 łyżkę oliwy z oliwek wymieszać z sosem sojowym oraz imbirem.
Mięso pokroić na paseczki i natrzeć marynatą, odstawić na 30 minut.
Po tym czasie usmażyć mięso na reszcie oliwy z oliwek.
Po kilku minutach dodać alkohol, pokrojoną cebulę oraz sos z czosnkowy.
Na koniec smażenia wrzucić jeszcze orzechy zarumienione na suchej patelni.
Wymieszać i jeszcze chwilę smażyć.
