Chłodnik z botwinki Izy

 

Składniki:

  • pęczek botwinki
  • 2 ogórki
  • 2 łyżeczki soku z cytryny
  • ¾ l kefiru
  • 1 szkl. śmietany
  • 4 łyżki koncentratu z buraków
  • ½ pęczka szczypiorku
  • ½ pęczka koperku
  • 4 jajka ugotowane na twardo
  • sól
  • pieprz

 

 

Sposób wykonania:
Botwinę pokroić po czym zalać wodą i ugotować w osolonej wodzie po czym ją odcedzić i skropić sokiem z cytryny.
Następnie dodać śmietanę, kefir i koncentrat z buraków.
Wrzucić jeszcze posiekany koper, szczypior i pokrojone ogórki.
Całość wymieszać i doprawić do smaku.
Wstawić do lodówki na 30 minut.
O każdej porcji wrzucić połówki ugotowanego jajka.
