Babeczki z agrestem

Składniki:

  • 15 gotowych kruchych babeczek
  • 300 g agrestu
  • 150 g cukru
  • łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
  • 5 łyżek białego deserowego wina
  • 3 białka

    Sposób wykonania:
    Agrest zasypać 100 g cukru i odstawić na bok aby puścił sok, wówczas odcedzić go i dodać do niego wino i ½ szkl. wody, wymieszać i ponownie włożyć owoce agrestu.
    Postawić na małym ogniu i gotować około 3 minut.
    Po tym czasie zagęścić całość mąką i odstawić do ostygnięcia.
    Babeczki napełnić agrestową masą i udekorować pianą ubitą z białek i cukru.
    Wstawić na kilka minut do rozgrzanego piekarnika.
