Ciasto na „zimno”

Składniki:

  • 1 paczka płatków migdałowych  
  • 2 śmietany
  • 1 cukier waniliowy
  • 1 czekolada mleczna posiekana w drobne ale nie małe "kosteczki"
  • 1 paczka bezów [kolorowe będą najlepsze]  drobno pokruszonych, oraz kilka całych na przybranie

    Sposób wykonania:

    1. Migdały uprażyć na patelni i wystudzić
      Następnie śmietanę i cukier ubić.
      Wszystko wymieszać delikatnie, wlać do formy lub tortownicy, udekorować całymi bezami i zamrozić na około 12 godzin.. ciasto lodowe gotowe…  smacznego  🙂
