Zapiekane jabłka w kremie Iwony

Składniki:

  • 4 twarde jabłka
  • cukier
  • rodzynki
  • konfitury z wiśni
  • 4 jajka
  • 2 łyżki bułki tartej
  • starta skórka z cytryny

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Umyte, obrane i wydrążone w środku jabłka lekko obgotować / tak by się nie rozleciały/, posypać cukrem, napełnić konfiturami wymieszanymi z rodzynkami i ułożyć w naczyniu żaroodpornym.
Przygotować  krem:
4 żółtka utrzeć z 4 łyżkami cukru, dodać bułkę tartą i skórkę cytrynową. Ubić pianę  z 4 białek i wszystko wymieszać. Kremem polać jabłka i zapiec w średnio nagrzanym piekarniku. Podawać zaraz po przyrządzeniu.
