Pychotka.pl – Przepisy Kulinarne

Tarta z cukinią

Składniki:

  • 1 opakowanie mrożonego ciasta francuskiego

farsz:

  • 2 cukinie,
  • cebula
  • 3 ząbki czosnku
  • 3 jajka
  • 125 g. fety
  • 5 dag. parmezanu
  • kminek
  • kilka listków mięty


Sposób przyrządzenia:

Wyłożyć ciastem formę i nakłuć widelcem. Wstawić do piekarnika na 10 minut. Cukinie zetrzeć na tarce i posypać solą. Potem odcedzić sok. Cebulę i czosnek drobno pokroić i udusić. Potem dodać cukinię i dusić 10 minut. Dodać pozostałe składniki. Na podpieczone ciasto wyłożyć farsz i piec ok. 10 minut.  Udekorować miętą.
