Składniki:

  •  9 łyżek oliwy
  •  6 łyżek masła
  •  3 filiżanki sparzonych i obranych migdałów
  •  gruba sól

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Migdały wrzucić na patelni z rozgrzaną oliwą.
    Nie przerywając mieszania smażyć je aż się zarumienią.
    Wówczas wyjąć je z patelni i odsączyć na papierowym ręczniku.
    Przełożyć do miseczki i posypać solą.
